Dr. Fraser received his DMD degree from Temple University. He obtained an Air Force scholarship to continue his studies in Periodontics. The Air Force then stationed Dr. Fraser and his family in Okinawa, Japan. After separation from the Air Force Dr .Fraser moved to Atlanta Georgia where he began private practice with Cleland Periodontics.

Dr. Fraser is the founder of Southern Georgia Dental Education. An organization founded to help provide quality continuing education to the dentist of South Metro Atlanta. Dr. Fraser is also the creator of flossm.com Georgia’s first and only dental portal created for professionals and consumers.

Dr. Fraser is a member of the American Dental Association, National Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Georgia Society of Periodonist, International Congress of Implantologist and the ITI. Dr. Fraser serves as an expert witness in cases related to dental implants, bone grafting and periodontal related issues.
